Louis F Fowler

Narrative

Sergeant Fowler was injured when his motorcycle fell on top of him. 

Sergeant Fowler had pulled away on his motorcycle without kicking up his kick-stand. When Sergeant Fowler turned, the kick-stand caught in the street car tracks causing him to fall from the motorcycle. The motorcycle landed on top of Sergeant Fowler, fracturing his skull. 

Sergeant Fowler died four (4) days later from the injury.

Sergeant Fowler had been with the department for four (4) years. He is survived by his wife and daughter.
