A series of public open dialogue discussions designed so that youth (12 - 25 year olds) can hear, and talk with, local law enforcement officials to establish better relationships and mutual understanding.
The Youth Chat with LMPD Program is a partnership between Metro Parks and the LMPD. Each month, an open forum is held using a question and answer panel with police officers to discuss current topics.
Each session will be co-moderated by local youth.
Everyone is invited to come out to be a part of this unique opportunity. Friends are welcome.
Each monthly session is from 6 - 7:30 pm on the third Thursday. For dates and locations, please see our event calendar.
